With an award-winning career at global companies, Thompson leads Gravity Summit’s skilled Executive Education team to elevate corporate social media wisdom. Thompson serves as Adjunct Professor, Social Media Communication, Woodbury University one of the oldest private institutions in Los Angeles. She is also Program Advisor to Hanze University, The Netherlands “Doing Business in Europe” certificate course. Thompson is co-author of “The Power of Real-Time Social Media Marketing” with Gravity Summit, LLC.

Jeannette “Cookie” Fischer

Director of International Communication Competencies, Europe & Asia
Jeannette “Cookie” Fischer has an international career which has spanned over five continents, including Antarctica, in multilingual, multicultural communication training, coaching and consulting. She has worked on site in the Middle East, Asia, Australia, Europe, South America and the United States. Cookie has conducted cross-cultural business training services in the Netherlands and Belgium for executives relocating to China, Japan and South America. Her negotiating linguistic skills have closed multi-million dollar contracts and projects including the Shanghai-Nanjing Railway. Cookie is an Adjunct Professor at Woodbury University, Burbank, California teaching Intercultural Communication and Competence.

Mark Francis

Sports Marketing Director
Mark holds an MBA an MA in Sports Management and specializes in the field of Sports Marketing with strong interests in brand management, social media, business development and sports law. He currently serves as a Sports Business Instructor at UCLA’s Center for MEMES & Anderson School of Management and as a Management Consultant with BaAM Productions. Mark speaks regularly on the topic of Sports Marketing and social media and has developed an extensive professional network throughout all levels of the sports industry, many of whom appear annually during his Sports Marketing course at UCLA. Mark has also served as the Head Coach of the UCLA Bruins Men’s Ice Hockey team since 2010.
