Gravity Summit Partners with Cool Social Conferences to Produce Two-Day Social Media Marketing Event

Beverly Hills, CA Gravity Summit is pleased to announce it is teaming up with Washington D.C.-based Cool Social Conferences to present a co-produced social media marketing event at Brandman University in Irvine, CA on November 8th and 9th, 2010.

This two-day summit will be a stunning presentation of best practices and thought leaders in social media marketing from both business and government.

Gravity Summit presented five programs in 2009 at UCLA, UCI, Stanford, Harvard, and Young & Rubicam Brands in New York City. Speakers last year included MC Hammer, Gary Vaynerchuk, Jeffrey Hayzlett, Shira Lazar, Felicia Day as well as companies such as USA Today, Sprint, Dell, Cisco, EMC, American Red Cross, SpiritJump, PayPal and more.

The first Cool Twitter Conference took place in Washington, DC on June 11th, 2009. That was the first conference devoted to Twitter that took place on the East Coast, and kicked off a 6 month tour that spanned 18 cities and culminated with a two-day conference in Washington December 14th & 15th, 2009 known as Government 2.5. The first Cool Twitter Conference a year ago was very well received and featured on the PBS News Hour.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Gravity Summit and co-producing this upcoming event together,” said Robert Fine, Founder of Cool Social Conferences. “The market is clamoring for solid, detailed social media information and this two-day event will provide it.”

“We are pleased to partner with a company that understands the growth of social media in all industries”, says Beverly Macy, Gravity Summit CEO. “Teaming up together will enable us to provide a broad agenda and focus on both business and government. That’s what the market is looking for.”

The conference will feature speakers and panels discussing best practices and lessons learned regarding social media marketing.

Marketing Professionals, Advertisers and Corporate Communications Executives, Public Relations, C-Level Executives and managers from government agencies from all around Southern California should plan to attend the event at Brandman University on November 8th & 9th, 2010.
